Kenneth Wunderlich

Ken was born on June 22nd 1941 in LaCrosse Wisconsin. His parents were Alphonse Wunderlich and Ruth Wunderlich (Carpenter). Ken passed away peacefully at home on April 4th, 2018 with his partner and friends close at his side after complications from surgery. Ken was preceded in death by his parents Alphonse and Ruth Wunderlich and an infant sister Laura Wunderlich. He had his favorite canine friend Max, who also preceded him in death. Ken is survived by his Domestic Life Partner Emery Koval, several close friends including David Smith of Oconomowoc and Racheal Goulde of Hartland, Wi. Ken was very close to the Family of Dan and Kay Breunig, who, as he always said, together we are a family. Ken served his country in the United States Air Force. He served his term in service in Viet Nam in the 1960,s as a Supply Sergeant and Heavy Equipment Operator. During his life he was a Systems Analyst at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN and Hennipin County Medical Center in Mpls, Mn. Ken always had a smile on his face and great wit. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to whoever needed it. He had a great sense of love for everything including Companion Animals. He believed in giving them all a second chance. Including his current canine friend “Jessie” that survives him. Ken loved people and he loved nature. He could always strike up a conversation with anyone which lead to a great friendship.In his retired years Ken did nature photography. He has taken some stunning photographs. Special thanks to Dan and Kay Breunig and Family who stood by him at the time of his hospitalization, his time in hospice and at his time of passing at home. “We’ll always remember that special smile, that caring heart you always gave us, your being there no matter what can never be replaced, you will forever be in our hearts and never forgotton.” Godspeed Ken. A military memorial service will be held in Kens’ honor at his home in Dane Wi. on his birthday, June 22nd 2018 to celebrate his life.

Morgan Turkelson

Morgan Taylor Turkelson, 21, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018, of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Morgan was just 21 years, 4 months and 15 days old. From her youngest years, Morgan was the sunshine and laughter of our lives. Her bright, sparkly blue eyes, her adventurous spirit, her infectious laugh and constant grin, her loud boisterous voice, and her flair for dramatic exits… Morgan will be lovingly and forever remembered by her Momma Amy Edwards, her big sissy Shelby, her little sissy Jordan, her big brother Hunter, and brothers-in-law Jordan Braxton & Mark Nyhus. Her Fur Babies Izzy, Ava & Anabelle. As well as Pa Les and Nama Janet Turkelson; Grandpa Tim and Grandma Nancy Squire; Grandma Connie Lueck; Aunt Tammy Morrill, Ryan & Rayna; Uncle Eric and Aunt Suzanne Teigen; Sierra Teigen; Cheyenne Teigen & Sam Faust; Uncle Daniel & Aunt Brandy Flynn, Christian, Damian, Elijah & Aliyah; Uncle Scott & Aunt Jenny Turkelson, Emma & Will; Uncle Steve Turkelson; Aunt Julie Squire; Stacie Squire; Dave & Andria LaCount, Matthew & Lucas; David & Michele Schlapper, Jayd & Desmond; Clint & Melissa Smith, Brianna; Alex Squire & Karyn McAllister; Roy & Tina Squire; Rod Squire; Stan Squire; and many friends. Morgan has gone to join her Daddy, Jeffrey Turkelson for their next adventure – probably involving olives on the tips of their fingers. She will also join her beloved Great-Grandma Carolyn & Great-Grandpa Len Squire & her Uncle Clyde Squire. To Everyone who loved Morgan — Our family prays that the example of Morgan’s tragic, early departure is a Daily and Lifetime reminder to make Good Choices, always. You are Precious. You are Loved. In lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations, which will be donated at Dane County Humane Society in Morgan’s name.
